Licensed in Florida since 1988
Senior Broker Associate at Sunshine Professional Realty Corp.
If you want fully engaged hands-on performance, know that I love what I do, and I do it well."
I have been a Florida licensed Realtor in the same area since 1988. In all that time my service ethics remain grounded even as the paperwork mounts.
I was born in Atlanta, Georgia, and grew up in New York City. Before I became a Realtor, for the last half of my life, I was a classical vocalist, a marketing executive, and an International Purser with Trans World Airlines.
Since October 2016 I have been licensed under Sunshine Professional Realty Corp. Thus I am a Florida Real Estate Broker who holds a license under another brokerage or entity, which is Sunshine Professional Realty Corp.
What you get with me is one licensed person. I answer my own phone and invest all I have in my business: no call center, no virtual assistant. You come first. Whatever your goal or your project, I will do my research before I ever offer an opinion or guidance.
Since the Surfside condo collapse, I have guided sellers through the chaos that followed in that market. Condo ownership has historically been the most popular type of ownership in the state of Florida. The last five years have been challenging for us. With condos, I am experienced on both sides: as a Realtor working with condo owners, and as a condo owner, Treasurer and Association mentor through reorganization, new State mandates involving Structural Integrity and Reserve requirements, and more recently hurricane recovery.

On this island most of what sells is a unit in a building, and the building has a file: inspection results, a reserve study, minutes, a budget. Those get read before anyone gets excited about a balcony, because they are what decides whether the balcony is a pleasure or a bill.
The state issued it in 1988 and it has been continuously active since. That is not a sales figure and it is not offered as one; it is simply the longest-running documented fact about this practice, and it means the last few cycles here were watched rather than read about.
The offer is already in writing on my own site: a list of past clients and customers you may contact for references, provided on request. Nothing on this site quotes a client, because no client has been asked for permission to be quoted here. Ask for the list instead.
Three named neighborhoods, one island, one ZIP code. Someone who works a single strip of sand knows which buildings have had their inspections done and which are still arguing about it, and that knowledge does not scale by adding counties to a service area.
And simply begin the conversation around your goals and your concerns.
